She has shone in off-Broadway roles such as Antigone in “Antigone,” Hodel in “Fiddler on the Roof,” Mary in “Jesus Christ Superstar,” and in the award-winning “The Beastly Bombing” in Los Angeles. Transitioning to the opera stage, Natalie embraces her passion for opera with favorite roles that highlight her versatile vocal prowess.

Among her cherished opera roles are Gilda in “Rigoletto,” Musetta in “La Boheme,” Micaela in “Carmen,” Violetta in “La Traviata,” Suor Angelica in “Suor Angelica,” Liu in “Turandot,” and Nedda in “Pagliacci.” Each performance showcases Natalie’s ability to delve deep into her characters, bringing a rich emotional depth and technical excellence to the stage, captivating opera enthusiasts and critics alike.

He has taken on leading roles with many of LA’s independent opera companies, dazzling audiences as Rodolfo in Puccini’s “La Bohème,” Manrico in Verdi’s “Il Trovatore,” Ferrando and Don Jose in Bizet’s “Carmen,” Mario in Puccini’s “Tosca,” and Roméo in Gounod’s “Roméo et Juliette,” among others. His effortless, soaring high notes have quickly established him as a rising star in the local operatic community.

As he continues to grace the stage, James’s performances not only highlight his exceptional vocal range but also his profound ability to connect with the audience. Pieces of music will include E.T., Empire Strikes Back, Godfather Waltz, The Magnificent Seven, Superman March, West Side Story, and many more.

Concert Begins at 3:00 p.m.

The conductor will discuss the music during the concert. There will be no concert pre-lecture.
